Session Types and Offerings
Sessions with us will all be very similar, just different in length depending on what option you choose. Our pricing is very competitive and fairly reflects the value we provide. Compared to what you would likely pay for other traditional PT services, our pricing is very reasonable.
We offer the following visit options, each with their own price:
- Comprehensive Assessment + Treatment — $100
- Comprehensive assessment and treatment (dry needling, exercise prescription, myofascial decompression) for one or more areas of complaint, the whole package. More time devoted to you.
- Required if wanting to address multiple areas (~45-60 minutes)
- Abbreviated Assessment + Treatment — $60
- Simple assessment, targeted treatment (dry needling, exercise prescription, myofascial decompression) for one area of complaint, the simple package.
- For prospective clients and returning clients who want focused treatment (~30-45 minutes)
We believe pricing should be simple and honest. Our rates reflect:
- One-on-one treatment
- Advanced training in intramuscular dry needling and peripheral electrical nerve stimulation
- Mobile convenience — we come to you
How to Pay
Payment Options
Precision Physical Therapy utilizes Jane App software for all operations (scheduling/booking, charting, payments, receipts) and can put your card on file. It is completely up to you to decide how you would like to pay your balance after your visit, and ultimately you go with whatever is more convenient for you.
All of our options for payment include:
- Cash
- Check (made payable to Precision Physical Therapy)
- Jane Payments (putting your card on file)
- Venmo (@precisionpt_307) - QR code will be provided
Cash-Based Care
Precision Physical Therapy LLC operates as a cash-based, self-pay physical therapy service. Currently, we do not accept or bill insurance. Our pricing is set up to reflect this reality to make specialized treatment more accessible and affordable. This model allows us to focus entirely on providing high-quality, individualized care without the restrictions, visit limits, or administrative barriers often associated with insurance-based treatment.
What This Means for You:
- Transparent, upfront pricing with no surprise bills
- No insurance authorizations or referrals required
- Not limited by visit caps or authorization delays
- One-on-one treatment time without productivity pressures
- Care decisions based on your needs—not insurance rules
- Appointments are efficient, focused, and patient-centered
How Our Pricing Compares Locally
Our pricing is extremely competitive. Many clinics charge higher rates, even after insurance adjustments — often with less time and attention. With us, you know the cost upfront and exactly what you’re paying for. No waiting or guessing.
In the Casper area, dry needling is often:
- Bundled into insurance-based PT visits
- Offered as brief add-ons with limited time
- Priced lower for basic services, but without individualized attention
Our sessions are intentionally structured to provide:
- No unnecessary visits or filler treatments
- Adequate time for assessment and treatment
- Direct access to your physical therapist
Using HSA or FSA Funds
Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) funds are commonly accepted forms of payment for physical therapy services. Receipts can be provided upon request for reimbursement or recordkeeping purposes. Patients are encouraged to verify eligibility with their HSA or FSA administrator.
Insurance Reimbursement
While Precision Physical Therapy does not submit claims to insurance companies, some patients may choose to seek out-of-network reimbursement independently, depending on their insurance plan. We can provide a detailed receipt/superbill upon request, though reimbursement is not guaranteed and is determined solely by your insurance provider.
Medicare Eligible Clients
Can you be seen?
Due to current laws and regulations that prevent physical therapists from opting-out of Medicare, Precision Physical Therapy LLC is unable to provide cash-pay services to you at this time. We hope this changes in the near-future.
