Physical Therapy

Precision Physical Therapy provides mobile dry needling and physical therapy services in Casper, Wyoming, delivering advanced care directly to your home, workplace, or preferred location. Care is delivered by a licensed physical therapist with advanced training in intramuscular dry needling, including the use of indwelling needles with electrical stimulation (e-stim), and neuromuscular recovery techniques. We specialize in a modern, evidence-informed approach to support recovery, reduce pain, and improve muscle and nerve function.

Our goal is to provide care to you without the limitations of a traditional clinic setting. This model allows us to deliver efficient, targeted care while respecting your time and lifestyle. Our model is intentionally designed to provide unique, targeted, one-on-one care—not to replicate a traditional physical therapy clinic.

Our mission and vision are centered on making skilled physical therapy care—especially modern dry needling—more accessible, simple, and truly life-changing. We believe physical therapy should empower people to understand their bodies, actively participate in their healthcare decisions, and pursue effective, non-invasive options before turning to medication or surgery. Through focused, mobile care, we aim to help individuals move better, recover efficiently, and take ownership of their long-term health.

Helping You Choose

With Us - No Long Term Commitment

While we are not a comprehensive or traditional PT clinic, we offer a unique experience and can be a good option for those who want simple and accessbile care with no long term commitment. Athletes and active people of all ages can still greatly benefit from dry needling treatments (combined with movement strategies) to promote recovery between competitions and address aches and pains as they pop up during a difficult period of training.

If you require comprehensive and more long -term post-operative rehabilitation, insurance-based care, or access to specialized clinic equipment, a traditional physical therapy clinic may be a better fit—and we’re happy to help guide you in the right direction. This is particularly true with athletes recoverying from an injury or surgery who need specialized equipment and space to understand if they are truly ready to return to sport and to be adequately prepared for the demands of their sport. In our model, we are unable to provide the setting, time and equipment you need to do that well.

However, our services can be used in combination with a traditional clinic or more specialized sports therapy setting for those that still desire the flexibility our treatments provide, while also valuing the more long term care you will get elsewhere.
